Fun with piping...

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Lately, Lisya is sooooo into decorating.. She is now so eager piping roses and rose buds, apple blossoms .... I don't really remember when she starts fancying doing this. There's really no stopping her... Go on Lisya, I will give my support and encouragement in everything you always wanted to do. But I really wonder how long this will last...













I am a regular visitor to KY's fotopage.. My.. really drool over her gorgeous cupcakes. Tak dapat ler nak order... duduk jauh sangat kot. So to please my own desire of yummilicious cupcakes .. I make my very own..






Banana Pistachio Cupcakes

30g shortening
30g butter
110g castor sugar
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
120g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
300g peeled bananas and mashed
1 tbsp cream
30g chopped pistachios
salt

Cream shortening, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla, salt and egg until well combined. Sift flour and soda together. Fold the sifted ingredients and stir in cream. Add bananas and nuts, and mix well. Spoon into papercups and level the surfaces, Bake in preheated oven 175degC for 30minutes or until done. Cool cake in pan before removing onto a wire rack to cool completely.







Marble Cupcake

Bahan A

6 biji telur di sejukkan
6oz tepung hongkong
2oz tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking powder
10oz gula castor
1 sudu kecil ovelette
1 sudu kecil vanilla essence

Bahan B

10oz butter
2 sudu makan susu pekat (condensed milk)
(kedua bahan B di pukul bersama hingga kembang dan putih)

2 sudu makan serbuk cocoa
sedikit chocolate emulco atau paste



Pukul Bahan A jadi satu hingga naik dan gebu. Gunakan spatula dan masukkan bahan B kedalam bahan A and gaul hingga rata. Adunan di bahagi dua. Sebahagian dimasukkan serbuk cocoa yang telah diayak dan sedikit choc emulco. Letakkan adunan kedalam papercups berselang-seli seperti membuat kek marble. Selamat mencuba..

Aisyacan ~ Kham bole gunakan Cake Flour kalau tak dapat cari Hongkong flour. Kat sini Hongkong flour banyak digunakan untuk buat kue Pau.. M'sia pun banyak dijual...
